  • Custom signs typically take 7 - 12 business days to be made and delivered once an order has been placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

International Shipping

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
  • Europe: Import duties and taxes are already included in the displayed price. Contact us for B2B pricing.
  • Canada: Import duties are already included in the displayed price. Sales tax will be collected at checkout.
  • US: Import duties and taxes are already included in the displayed price. 
  • Australia: Import duties and taxes are already included in the displayed price. 
  • UK: Import duties and taxes are already included in the displayed price.
  • International customers (outside of Europe, Canada, UK, US, Australia) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply.

Final Sale Policy

Please note that all custom neon sign purchases are final. We encourage our customers to review their choices in texts, colors, fonts, and size carefully before placing an order, as all custom signs are created exactly as specified in the order notes.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your custom sign arrives damaged during the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at support@neonific.com. We request you to provide photos or videos of the broken sign and the shipping box to assist us in the reproduction process. Our team is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will arrange for a reproduction of the damaged sign.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you find your item to be defective or if it arrives damaged, please email us at info@neonific.com for assistance.

Exchange Process

To exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please send your item to our return address: 1055 Rue Lucien-L'Allier, Unit #766, Montreal, Quebec H3G3C4, Canada. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.

Warranty Policy

At Neonific, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our LED neon signs. Our commitment to excellence is backed by a comprehensive warranty policy designed to give you peace of mind and ensure satisfaction with your purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Indoor LED Neon Signs: Covered by a 12-month warranty period from the date of delivery
  • Outdoor LED Neon Signs: Covered by a 12-month warranty period from the date of delivery
  • Electrical Components: The power supply, adapter, and dimmer come with a 12-month warranty, contingent on appropriate usage.

Inappropriate Use: It's important to note that our Indoor Signs are specifically designed for indoor environments and are not suitable for outdoor use or exposure to moisture. Misuse of the signs will result in the warranty being voided.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Problems not caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Improper use, installation, or lack of maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Claims: Should you need to claim under the warranty, please contact our customer service at support@neonific.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We may request proof of purchase and photos or videos of the defect.

Resolution Process: The resolution for any faulty signs, including repair or replacement, will be assessed based on the fault's origin. Neonific and the purchaser will jointly determine the most suitable resolution.

Limitations: The warranty benefits the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Additionally, any service performed under this warranty does not extend its original period.
