LED neon signs utilise energy-efficient LEDs encased in flexible silicone, making them durable and safer than traditional glass neon signs, which are made from glass tubes filled with neon or argon gas. LED signs are brighter, cost-effective to operate, and offer greater durability and colour variety. They are easier to install and maintain, providing a more versatile and environmentally friendly option for modern lighting needs. Meanwhile, glass tube neon signs project a softer glow and give a more vintage look.

The cost of Neonific's custom LED neon signs varies depending on size, design complexity, and customisation options. Prices generally start at around £200 for basic models. For an accurate quote tailored to your specific design requirements, please submit your request for a quote.

Our LED Neon comes in thicknesses of 6/8/9/10mm, with minimum letter heights of roughly 3-4 inches (7.6-10.2 cm) for standard fonts and 4-5 inches (10.2-12.7 cm) for cursive styles. For custom signs larger than 7 feet 8 inches by 3 feet 11 inches (2.34 m x 1.19 m), they will be produced on two or more backboards. Neonific offers custom LED neon signs with standard backboard options at no extra charge: contoured ("cut-to-shape") ideal for cursive fonts, and rectangular for block fonts. Additionally, we provide a variety of backboard styles including stands and boxes, available in multiple colours and finishes, such as mirrored or glitter. For a minimalistic approach, we also offer a hollow-out ("cut-to-letter") option for the least visible backing. Yes, all of our LED neon signs are UKCA-certified, ensuring they meet the legal safety and quality standards required in the UK. This certification guarantees that our products are manufactured to comply with UK regulations, making them safe for both domestic and commercial use. Whether you're purchasing a sign for your home, business, or event, you can trust that your LED neon sign is built with certified, reliable components.

Yes! Upon request, we can weatherproof our single-colour or multi-colour LED neon signs at extra charges so that they can be used in the outdoors. Please however note that outdoor signs won't be equipped with dimmer nor remote control as those accessories can't be waterproofed. Our outdoor LED neon signs enjoy a 2-year warranty period.

The current lead time for orders is approximately 8 to 12 business days. After your order is confirmed, it takes 1 to 4 days to hand assemble the sign. Once completed, delivery takes an additional 3 to 8 business days. Please note, while we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, supply chain disruptions may occasionally extend these times. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control.

Two methods are available. Installing LED neon signs is simple with a (1) Wall Mounting Kit for a secure wall display or a (2) Suspension Kit for an eye-catching hanging effect. Both methods ensure your sign shines brilliantly in its designated space.

Maintaining your LED neon signs is crucial for their longevity and continued brilliance:

• Regularly dust your sign with a soft, dry cloth to prevent buildup. For more thorough cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Ensure the sign is turned off and unplugged during cleaning.
• Check connections periodically to ensure they are secure and not showing signs of wear.
• To conserve energy and extend the life of your sign, switch it off when not needed.
• Avoid placing the sign in direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or near heat sources to prevent damage.

These maintenance tips will keep your LED neon sign looking vibrant and functioning effectively for years.

We offer a 1-year warranty for all our custom led neon signs. Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects on the electrical components. All our products are subject to robust quality control. It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. In the event that our products are damaged during delivery, please reach out to us immediately and we will offer a replacement at no cost to you.

• Report the issue: Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. You can reach us via email at support@neonific.com or through our customer service hotline. When you contact us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos that can help us understand the problem.
• Broken sign: If your sign arrived damaged or stopped working, we will prioritise a repair or replacement. Our products come with a warranty that covers damage and functionality issues, so rest assured that we will resolve this quickly and efficiently.
• Design discrepancy: If the design of the sign does not match what you approved or expected, please let us know. We will review your original order specifications and design proofs. If there is a discrepancy between your order and the final product, we will rectify it by either modifying the current sign or creating a new one at no additional cost to you.
• Return and refund: If a resolution is not possible or if you prefer to return the sign, we will guide you through our return process. Please note that custom signs are generally non-refundable, but we strive to ensure satisfaction and will handle each case with attention to your specific circumstances.

All Neonific sales are final. In the rare event that the sign arrives damaged/defective, with a typo, or the wrong color, we will replace the sign for you free of charge.
